Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Products should remain unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • A proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • CPAP machines, masks, and accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on their product pages.
  • Hygienic or perishable products that have been unsealed or used.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only granted for items that meet the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy.
  • For damaged or defective products, you will need to provide photo evidence or relevant documentation when submitting your return request.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Partial Refunds

  • If the returned item is missing parts (e.g., manuals, original packaging) or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges only for items that are defective or were incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, the Returns and Refund Policy will apply.
