Returns
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Products should remain unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- A proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- CPAP machines, masks, and accessories that have been opened or used.
- Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on their product pages.
- Hygienic or perishable products that have been unsealed or used.
